Way Delivery Services was founded
by John E. Way, Jr. in October 1970 and originated as Way Messenger
Service. It started with a single courier, a suitcase, and a seat on
the train. John Ways’ vision for Way Messenger was more than just
same day courier service; it was about providing optimum value,
professionally uniformed drivers, and a customer satisfaction
standard that was untouchable by his competitors. It was this
passion for its customers that led Way Messenger Service to become
Way Delivery Services in 1996 and expand its services from the time
critical delivery of small packages to the delivery of any size
shipments anywhere in the Continental US. Services such as warehouse
staging, driver leasing, expedited runs and dedicated deliveries
were soon added to the menu of requested services.
Way Delivery Services has undergone many changes over the years. But
one thing that has remained unchanged is our high standard of
service and the commitment to our community, clients and our
employees. We go to great lengths to hire the best drivers that
represent the image and professionalism that is associated with the
Way name. We maintain our own fleet of vehicles at our Service
Center and our clients can always feel at ease that the person
coming to pick up their packages will uphold the standard and image
associated with a Way driver and have a vehicle that is clean,
reliable and recognizable as a part of our fleet.
At Way Delivery Service we can not always guarantee that we will
beat our competitors in pricing, but we do guarantee that we will
beat anyone in optimum value and service. Our company was founded on
those principles in 1970 and it still holds true today more than
ever.
